Famer App - Parental Notice:
Famer is a mobile application offered by Famous NYC Inc., that enables its users to receive remote sport coaching services from sports coaches or trainers around the globe without the need to meet such person in person. The Famer app also enables the users to upload and share content and participate in challenges that are posted from time to time within the app.
Please note that the Famer app is available only to individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years old. If you wish to provide information relating to your child in order to use the Famer App you hereby declare that you are the legal guardian of your child, and commit to fulfill the following conditions: (a) you will open an account to use the Famer app whilst providing your own login details and information, (b) your child will not use the Famer app in any way unless it is fully authorised by you, and (c) any information and content uploaded to the App, including, without limitation, photos and video clips and user generated content will be uploaded and/or shared solely by you.
